Your own energy drink: from idea to the first pallet

1. Define the purpose: giveaway or retail product

A promotional drink is handed out – logo visibility and an easy format matter most. A retail product needs considered labelling, pricing and restocking. This decision drives volume, format and design effort.

2. Plan the volume: from 504 cans

The minimum order is 504 cans. That is often enough for a single event; for regular handouts a larger run lowers the unit price. Plan roughly 10 percent reserve – leftover cans at reception rarely go to waste.

3. Choose flavour and can size

You can choose energy drink, isotonic sports drink or apple spritzer in 250 ml slim or 500 ml. Private-label water comes in 330 ml and 500 ml PET. The 250 ml slim can is the classic giveaway; 500 ml works as a retail or catering product.

4. Create and approve the artwork

For a clean print we need your logo as a vector file and brand colours ideally as CMYK values. Without an in-house design team we create a free draft. The can configurator shows the effect instantly, which speeds up internal alignment.

5. Production and delivery

After approval, production takes about three weeks, followed by delivery within Switzerland. Count backwards from your date and add a two-week buffer for trade fairs.
