250 ml slim or 500 ml?

Both formats are printed across the full surface. The choice depends less on the design than on the occasion:

• 250 ml slim: slender, easy to hand out, ideal for fairs, giveaways and sampling.
• 500 ml: more volume and more space for messaging – suited to retail, construction sites, sport and catering.
• Combination: many clients start with 250 ml and add a 500 ml format later.

Understanding full-surface printing

The print wraps all the way around the can. There is no real 'edge' as with a label – instead there are zones where artwork distorts or overlaps. Key elements such as logo, claim and contact details belong in the calm zones of the body, not at the top or bottom rim.

Preparing print data correctly

For your design to look as intended, we need cleanly prepared files:

• Logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts converted to outlines.
• Colours defined in CMYK; brand colours with reference values.
• Images placed at sufficient resolution – no screenshots from slide decks.
• Use our layout template – it contains bleed and safety zones.
