General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the website drink-trends.ch or by email/phone with Drink-Trends Jost, Schönegg 2, 6014 Lucerne, Switzerland (hereinafter 'Drink-Trends').

Deviating conditions of the customer are only recognized if Drink-Trends has expressly agreed to them in writing.

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.

A contract is only concluded when Drink-Trends confirms the order by email or delivers the goods.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). In the online shop (direct ordering), all prices include 8.1% Swiss VAT (VAT no. CHE-113.242.369); a flat shipping fee of CHF 95 applies per order. Outside the online shop, prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Drink-Trends reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of ordering applies to confirmed orders.

Orders in the online shop are paid in advance via secure online payment (credit card, TWINT and other payment methods supported by Stripe). Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Stripe.

Outside the online shop, payment is due by invoice within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

The minimum order quantity for personalized beverage cans is 504 units per design.

For water bottles with individual labels, the minimum order quantity is 504 units.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer within Switzerland.

The delivery time is usually 10–15 working days after print approval. Deviations are possible and will be communicated to the customer in good time.

Shipping costs are shown separately and depend on quantity and delivery address.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the print data provided.

Before production, the customer receives a digital print preview for approval. Changes are no longer possible after approval has been given.

Drink-Trends is not liable for errors based on print templates approved by the customer.

As these are individually printed products, withdrawal or return after print approval is excluded.

In case of defective delivery or transport damage, complaints must be made in writing within 5 working days of receipt.

Drink-Trends is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability is limited to the order value. Consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages are excluded.

Drink-Trends assumes no liability for color deviations between screen display and print result.

The customer guarantees that the logos, images, and texts provided are free from third-party rights.

The customer indemnifies Drink-Trends against all third-party claims arising from infringement of proprietary rights.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

Data is used exclusively for order processing and is not passed on to third parties unless necessary for contract fulfillment.

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
